I knew as soon as I walked into the hotel that it was where my wedding was going to be. The lobby was amazing, so clean, modern, and classy. And once I met JoAnne, it was like I had known her forever and she knew exactly the kind of wedding I wanted. All the ideas I had she agreed with or was able to make better. She guided me all around the hotel, explaining everything with the utmost patience. She made me feel so comfortable that I brought my fiancé back there the next week to put down the deposit.

With all the phone calls, meetings, and emails, JoAnne walked me through everything, always accommodating, and welcome to answer any and ALL of my 1000 questions! Even with 3 voicemails a few days before the wedding, many after midnight in fear that we forgot not only ourselves, but our parents in the head count, JoAnne called back the next day. She was as calm as usual laughing at my frantic phone calls and reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. Having such and calm, cool, and collected wedding planner is the most important thing a bride can have. During all of my memory lapses and frantic moments she was always there to fix it and make everything perfect. We were so glad to have her involved in the planning of our wedding; she gave us our dream.

On the day of the wedding, with everything going on at warp speed, the staff was just beyond amazing! Not one guest left the wedding without commenting to us or the staff itself about how wonderful everything was. They all remarked on how the service was impeccable, and everyone felt so taken care of. The waiters during dinner were outstanding! They catered to everyone's needs, took care of the guests with food allergies, and possibly most important, never left a glass empty.

Our sincere thanks also go out to Scott, the Banquet Manager. He made sure everything was perfect before the guest arrived, and gave me a sneak peek of the ballroom before the guests arrived, which I will remember forever as the first time I cried at my wedding. The ballroom was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined it could be. Once it was all setup, I felt like I was walking into a picture from a magazine. Scott was great in helping organize the bridal party, making sure we were all taken care of, and did a great job in making the cocktail hour and reception more beautiful than we imagined.

We could go on and on about everything that we loved about our wedding, but it could be summed up the best by saying that they make you feel like the luckiest, happiest, people in the world on the day of your wedding. Our guests are still talking about our wedding, in that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. There was not one thing we would change. Having our wedding at the Hamilton Park Hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and gave us the wedding of our dreams. Thank you to everyone who was a part of it. If we could get married there again, I would do it in a heartbeat!

Also, could you tell us again the name of the woman who took care of the smaller room for the bridal party? She was wonderful! We also would like to know whom we can send a letter to let them know how wonderful all of you were. If you could pass that on, it would be greatly appreciated.

We really cannot believe that our big day is over! Our guests are still talking about all the amazing food, attention, and atmosphere Hamilton Park had. That is in huge part to you. We can never thank you enough for all you have done to make our wedding day so perfect. You have gone above and beyond what was expected of you and you should feel so proud. I know you have been doing this for a long time, but it is so refreshing to see you so "new" at your job. Everything worked out so seamlessly.

The area for the cocktail hour was right outside the room and tucked privately aside from the rest of the hotel. The weather allowed us to spend the cocktail hour outside as well as inside and we enjoyed a beautiful patio with fountains. The food was excellent right from the hors d'oeuvres up to the main course and desserts. Our guests were really impressed with the station displays and keep telling us how delicious everything was! I would especially like to thank the catering managers JoAnne Mitchko and Kate Springmeyer for going through all the planning with us and making one of the most important days of our lives flow so smoothly and make it so memorable!
