Mother's Day Promises Culinary Delights at Hamilton Park Hotel

FLORHAM PARK, NJ April 9, 2008 - What better way to show Mom how special she is than to treat her to Hamilton Park Hotel's delicious Mother's Day Brunch? Located in Florham Park, the hotel's spacious, elegantly appointed Arrive provides the perfect setting for celebrating mom.

Even the most discerning palettes will be awed by the wide choice of salad selections, an antipasto display for a zesty taste of Italy, an international fruit and cheese array, and a sensational seafood station. There's also a sumptuous selection of breakfast items, including omelets and waffles made to order, while hot brunch items include chicken, fish, meats and pastas crowned with elegantly displayed fresh vegetables in delectable sauces. A carving station presents a regal display of roast beef au jus and honey baked ham. Children have their own menu choices of chicken fingers, French fries, and pizza.
