THANKSGIVING DAY MENUS AVAILABLE IN THREE DIFFERENT WAYS AT HAMILTON PARK HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER
Kids will Relish Special Menu and Coloring Contest

FLORHAM PARK, NJ, September 26, 2006--This Thanksgiving Day, Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center will offer three different ways to experience a specially-designed, mouthwatering menu that promises to warm the palate as well as the heart.  A sumptuous menu will be available in the hotel’s airy Arrive or “to go” for those who wish to have a labor-free, clean-up free dinner in their own homes.

          At the hotel, guests will be offered a complimentary apple pie cocktail (non-alcoholic available) as they peruse the menu and make selections from traditional favorites such as butter roasted tom turkey with giblet gravy, herb-sage dressing, orange-cranberry sauce and chive-scented mashed Yukon gold potatoes.  The menu will also offer an entire smorgasbord of non-traditional selections such as beef or penne pasta a la vodka, an enormous assortment of artisan breads and an array of desserts, from pumpkin pie to English trifle that will defy any weight watcher to pass up. 

“We’re delighted to offer our Thanksgiving menu as an option for those who are traveling but wish to maintain the turkey-for-Thanksgiving tradition, and for those who wish to have a wonderful holiday dining experience without the burden of all the cooking,” says Executive Chef Ron Rocasecca, who crafted the Thanksgiving Day menu from delectable, wholesome foods of the season. “Kids, too, will enjoy our selections of chicken fingers, French fries, macaroni and cheese, and pepperoni pizza, made especially for them.”  To occupy young guests, the hotel has created a kids coloring contest with the best picture winning a brunch for four.    

       Specific prices and seating information follows:  Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23, 2006.  Continuous seating is offered from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Price for adults is $39.95; children 5-12 years old are $16.95; children under five are complimentary.  Reservations are required for the Arrive.  To order “to go” dinners, call 973-301-9757 at least 48 hours in advance.  Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center is located at 175 Park Avenue in Florham Park.
