Mouthwatering Mother's Day Menu Promises Delights Fit for a Queen at Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center

On Mother's Day, let Mom know how much she's appreciated by giving her the royal treatment with a delectable Mother's Day brunch at Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center, located at 175 Park Avenue in Florham Park. This glorious setting, overlooking the greening hills of Northern New Jersey, adds a royal touch to the Chef's exquisite menu. Mom will surely feel like a queen when she experiences the tasteful treasures that await her in The Arrive or The Ballroom (for parties of 10 or more) and is presented with a long stemmed red rose.

Even the most discerning palettes will be amazed at the wide choice of salad selections, an antipasto display for a zesty taste of Italy, an international fruit and cheese array, and a sensational seafood station. There's also a sumptuous selection of breakfast items, while hot brunch items include chicken, fish, meats and pastas crowned with elegantly displayed fresh vegetables in delectable sauces. A carving station presents a regal display. Desserts are a specialty of the house and include everyone's favorites, from ice cream to deep-dish pies, cakes, mousses, sundaes, Tiramisu and for moms with an eye on their waistlines, fresh fruits and berries.
