HAMILTON PARK HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER
TO UNDERGO RENOVATION

Destination Hotels & Resorts is investing $25 million in capital improvement projects for the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center to update facilities and services which will significantly strengthen the stature of this magnificent property. The investment continues to broaden Destination's portfolio of conference centers in the Northeast, which are dedicated to the highest professional standards and certified by the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC).

This investment is earmarked for the expansion and renovation of guest rooms, conference rooms, lobby, ballroom space and fitness facilities at Hamilton Park. Renovations include upgrading guest rooms, meeting rooms, recreational facilities and public areas. Work on the renovations is slated to begin late in November 2005 with a projected completion date of early March 2006. The hotel will remain open for business during construction.
