Something Is Stirring At Hamiltion Park Lobby Bar Opens With Sleek Design and Tempting Array of Beverages

FLORHAM PARK, NJ April 7, 2008 - Hamilton Park Hotel, Northern New Jersey's award-winning hotel managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, will debut its exquisitely designed martini and wine bar, STIR, on April 9. Soon to be the "in" place for meeting and mingling, STIR is located in the hotel's recently renovated lobby and offers a stunning alternative for after work get-togethers.

Sleek polished woods, stainless accents and innovate groupings provide an inviting atmosphere for business or catching up. Small seating groups in a private living room environment, aptly named Mingle, are perfect for conferring with colleagues or entertaining clients.

Open Sunday through Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., STIR will further entice guests with its small plates menu and premium martinis prepared by STIR's remarkable mixologists. A far cry from traditional bar fare, the appetizer menu features such delectables as lobster and shiitake spring roll, three-bite shrimp with Vietnamese cocktail sauce, lump blue claw crab cake, and lemon rosemary goat cheese on grilled focaccia.

In addition to traditional beverages, STIR's drink menu features the ever-popular cosmopolitans and martinis with not-so-traditional twists, including watermelon, espresso, key lime, raspberry, peach, pear and melon martinis.

Replete with a large list of California and other red and white wines by the glass, STIR offers a wide choice of some favored and some unique labels, including Fess Parker, Acacia, Clos Du Bois and Tintara, as well as Poet's Leap, St. Supery, Louis Jadot, and Montevina. Most are priced between $11.00 and $14.00 per glass. A wide array of favorite beers by the glass will also be offered, including Heineken, Black Chocolate Stout, Peak Orange Ale, Samuel Adams Light and Duvel Belgian.

Cappuccino, espresso, coffee and teas round out Stir's eclectic offerings.
