Deluxe Easter Sunday Brunch Is Guaranteed Delicious
FLORHAM PARK, NJ (Feb. 21, 2008)--Easter comes early this year--Sunday, March 23--so now is a good time to make plans for an extravagant, delicious Easter Brunch at the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center, located at 175 Park Avenue in Florham Park.
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a celebratory complimentary glass of champagne, then partake of a veritable feast featuring such savories as Belgian waffles, cinnamon and Grande Marnier French toast with authentic maple syrup, buttermilk pancakes and omelets made to order-and that's just for starters!
This buffet brunch extravaganza will surely please everyone's palate. Even the kids (who also have a choice of their own menu) will want to indulge in the wide array of hot and cold stations offering fresh seafood, cold pastas and Italian meats, prime ribs and lamb carving stations, hot pastas, cold salads, cakes, pies, freshly baked cookies, chocolate bunnies and more!
Brunchers can select from an array of hot and cold stations, with such delectable favorites as poached asparagus, roasted red pepper and hearts of palm vinaigrette farfalle, shrimp and grilled vegetable salad with pesto vinaigrette, Celigini mozzarella and Roma tomato salad, hickory smoked chicken and green bean and sun dried tomato salad.
Fresh seafood choices include smoked salmon with capers, red onion, chopped egg white and yolk; boneless smoked trout fillets with cucumber slaw; ceviche-style shrimp, calamari, and scallop salad, seared ahi tuna tetaki; pickled ginger daikon slaw and crab claws with caper mignonette sauce. Adding to these delicacies is a wide array of Italian meats, prime ribs and lamb carving stations, cold salads and hot pasta.
Topping off this bountiful brunch is a true Viennese Table, featuring a vanilla ice cream bar with seven toppings to choose from; lemon poppy strips; assorted pies, such as deep dish apple, lemon meringue, and pecan; opera, carrot and New York-style cheese cakes; chocolate Oreo cookie mousse; Arborio rice pudding; a cascading display of freshly baked cookies, mini éclairs, creampuffs and cannoli; chocolate Kahlua bread pudding with sauce Anglais, chocolate Easter eggs and bunnies and much more!
This specially designed, mouthwatering menu will be accompanied by the jazz piano stylings of Jeff Michaels. Peter Cottontail will be hopping in to say "hello" to the children.
"We're celebrating both Easter and an early spring with an exciting array of traditional and not-so-traditional dishes," says Executive Chef Ron Rocasecca, who crafted the Easter Brunch menu from wholesome foods of the season and many local purveyors. "Kids love our chicken fingers, French fries, macaroni and cheese, Oreo cookie mousse and chocolate bunnies, not to mention the opportunity to shake hands with Peter Cottontail!"
