"We have always found the Conference Services staff at the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center to be very efficient. The fact that they have been there a long time gives us the comfort of knowing our needs will be anticipated and always met. All the staff is very responsive during our meetings and nothing goes unattended. We especially choose to have our more than one-day meetings there so we don't have to manage each meal of each day for our attendees who come from all over the country and have different tastes and menu requirements. The Conference Center staff manages all our menus, allowing us the necessary time to focus on our agenda. We hold several meetings a year there and have been consistently impressed by the chef's variety of choices and awareness of current food trends. There is a good selection of health and nutritional options along with the usual food fare at all meals. Meeting breaks are varied and remain throughout the day, with continual replenishment, so everything is always fresh and eye appealing. Our guests are very complimentary in their evaluations."
